SDFB-L – Filtravimo įrenginys su talpa

Dust collector SDFB-2 is a bag filter unit with a builtin belt-driven fan, with shaking mechanism for filtration of particles and dust. The separator is particularly suitable for separation of wood chips, etc. and is often used in workshops. The fan has a maximum air volume capacity of approximately 1800 m³/h with a sustained pressure set. Suitable for local extraction and easier vacuuming. The fan requires control with frequency onverter, to achieve the right speed. Painted in RAL 7032.

Filter cleaning:
The dust laden air is filtered when the dust sticks to the inside of the filter bag. Cleaning the filter bag is done with pneumatic shaking mechanism. For the most efficient cleaning, the fan should be switched off during maintenance and service.

Dust collector:
The dust is collected in a dust container, equipped with a plastic bag. The amount of dust should regularly be controlled and the plastic bag replaced if needed. The container can also, as an optional device, be equipped with a level sensor with an alarm protection against overfilling.
